Verbal Pathways in Humanities: The Relationship between Orality, Literacy and Digital Media

The oral tradition has not been replaced by the written tradition; rather, the traditions have a symbiotic relationship that is not only shown in both performance poetry and visual poetry but is manifested in digital poetry where visual, oral and written forms coexist simultaneously.

There are many websites that have ASL video libraries. I used videos from handspeak.com to translate my Haiku into sign language by creating a movie from the clips.
